- Open the "Settings" of your iPhone.
- Open the "Privacy & Security" section.
- Open the Location Services option.
- Within the "Location Services", scroll down to find and open the "Safari Websites" option.
- Within the "Safari Websites" settings, make sure the "ALLOW LOCATION ACCESS" configuration is not set to "never".
For Firefox on Mobile (Android/iOS)

- Visit the Site: Navigate to the EcoPerq website (by scanning the check-in QR code).
- Tap the Lock Icon: On the left of the address bar, tap the lock icon.
- Access Site Settings: Tap 'Permissions'.
- Change Location Access: Find 'Location' in the list and change it to 'Allow' or 'Ask to Allow' for the EcoPerq site.
